1. INSTANT PARCEL VERIFICATION
Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the parcel immediately in the presence of the delivery rider. If there are any issues (damaged, incorrect, or missing items), the parcel must be returned to the rider on the spot.
Complaints made after the rider has left will not be accepted.
Once the parcel is received and accepted, it is considered delivered in satisfactory condition.
2. ADVANCE PAYMENT & ORDER CANCELLATION
If an order involves advance payment (e.g. 150 Taka for headphones), and the customer refuses the parcel, the advance payment will not be refunded.
However, if the order is cancelled from our side due to unavailability or delivery failure, the full advance amount will be refunded to the customer.
